Had a great experience. Friendly and professional staff from service writers to the mechanic who worked on my truck. Was in at 830am to get a repair done that happened that morning and my truck was ready to go at 1215pm. Yeah it stinks to have to pay for an unexpected expense but they provided an exceptional service and made a bad day better getting me on the road as quick as they did.

Just got done delivering, check engine light came on. Search truck repair in GPS. Carolina truck repair pop up. Bend a couple corners and I arrive. Told them what I needed the man behind the counter offered me snacks and some water. He offered me the comfortable couch. Slept for 2hrs talk for five truck was fixed. Started mother trucking. Thanks for keeping my wheels turning.

800 dollars for an air bag that cost 100 dollars and an hour of labor. 1700 dollars for 3 broken air lines and 5 grand for a rear diff is what I was quoted I asked the owner Chad what the hourly rate was he flipped his lid immediately went on about having to pay taxes employees etc what really got him fired up is I asked him for a part number and he went into some story about how he has to pay taxes on the part so he up charges everything....hmm don't I pay for the part when the job is completed so you're really not paying for the part I should have read the reviews before I took my truck to the nearest shop because they are hilarious he acts like the customer was never there or gives some excuse about taxes welcome to business bub then told me I can get it towed out of the shop like I was going to say no Chad overcharge me I like it so I said ok got ahold of a wrecker service they went out there and he didn't put the axles back in or anything so they couldn't tow it I called them and he said he isn't putting it back together and that anyone can act ugly .the date is May 7th 2025 I will repost tomorrow to see what big tuff guy Chad has to say if the issue is not resolved then I'll

Great shop, I'm smiling ear to ear, Took my old harvester in for an overhead, pm,oil change, and tune, They done a great job, I absolutely love the difference in how the truck performs now. With great fair prices. I also got the chance to really talk with owners himself and Wife even with the technicians, Very nice and professional family they have over there, I recommend it to be a must stop in location for a wide range of work that you might need..

We were in deep trouble with our motorhome, which had begun to drip gasoline puddles onto the pavement. We feared driving the RV too far, so we called a nearby repair shop, Carolina Truck Care. Though a busy Friday afternoon for them, they invited us to stop by for an assessment. Upon our arrival, technicians who were repairing other vehicles gathered around, and within 30 seconds of searching underneath the RV had diagnosed the problem. Owner Chad Bishop provided a few options, including one that would get us back on the road that same day. Getting the parts right away, technician Justin was able to repair our RV and have us on our way again. Simply put, Carolina Truck Care is the repair shop you wish were available in every town. Their attention to our problem and great service at a great price really saved the day. We can't thank them enough.
